Shipping destination and delivery terms can also affect the final cost. In general, the larger the order quantity, the lower the unit cost will be. Yes. We can provide a production dieline based on the confirmed box structure and dimensions. If required, our team can also assist with structural suggestions and artwork preparation for production.

Lead time depends on the box structure, quantity, materials, printing, finishing and current production schedule. For custom projects, the production schedule normally begins after the required specifications, artwork, sample approval and order/payment arrangements have been confirmed. We will provide the estimated sample and production lead time with your quotation.

We control quality throughout the production process, from material preparation and printing to converting, assembly and final inspection. For custom projects, we can use approved samples and production specifications as quality references. Before shipment, finished packaging is inspected to ensure that the products meet the agreed requirements. If your project requires specific inspection standards or third-party inspection, these requirements can also be discussed before production.
