  • Company information

  • Contact details

  • Order details and communication

  • Photos, prototypes, packaging concepts

  • Any information marked as confidential or reasonably understood to be confidential

2. Our Obligations

We agree to:

  • Keep all Confidential Information private

  • Use Confidential Information only for quotation, design, and production

  • Restrict access to only necessary personnel

  • Not disclose or share Confidential Information with third parties except production partners or logistics providers as required

  • Protect all files with reasonable technical and organizational measures

3. Customer Obligations

Customers agree not to misuse:

  • Quotation structures

  • Our artwork templates

  • Internal documents, photos, or non-public information

4. Exceptions

We may disclose Confidential Information ONLY if:

  • Required by law or legal process

  • Customer provides written consent

  • Information becomes publicly available through no fault of ours

5. Communication Verification

All confidential project information and approvals must be confirmed via info@allapackaging.com.
We will not recognize approvals or changes made through any unverified contact.

6. Term

Confidentiality obligations remain valid indefinitely, even after the project or business relationship ends.
