These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Allapackaging.com (“the website”, “we”, “the Company”). By using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Website Use

The website is for inquiry and information purposes only.
Prices, quotations, and specifications are not final until confirmed via email from info@allapackaging.com.
Unauthorized copying of images, text, or design content is prohibited.

2. Inquiry & Order Process

Customer submits an inquiry with requirements.
We provide a quotation and production details via email.
Customer confirms the order details and artwork via email.
We issue a Proforma Invoice (PI).
Customer makes payment according to the PI.
Production begins only after payment and artwork confirmation.

All communications must be verified through info@allapackaging.com.

3. Artwork, Files & Intellectual Property

Artwork, logos, drawings, and designs provided by the customer remain the customer’s property.
We will not disclose or reuse customer artwork without written consent.
Customer is responsible for confirming copyrights and legal rights of all provided artwork.

4. Production & Delivery

Production lead time begins after payment and artwork approval.
Delivery dates may vary due to manufacturing schedules or logistics conditions.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

Logistics delays
Customs delays
Losses caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders already in production cannot be canceled.
Any changes must be confirmed in writing via info@allapackaging.com.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Company’s operating jurisdiction.
